Our relationship with principals is built on a retainer model, allowing NexBridge to provide continuous representation, registration coordination and approval-management support rather than limiting the relationship to a one-time registration exercise.

Principals remain free to deal directly with customers, appoint other representatives and pursue opportunities independently.
We coordinate vendor registration with relevant UAE entities based on the principal's products, services, capabilities and target sectors.
Registration alone may not provide access to all procurement opportunities. Where prequalification is required, NexBridge acts as the coordination point between the principal and the applicable process.
Our relationship continues beyond the initial registration. Under our retainer model, we support the ongoing maintenance of applicable vendor registrations and approvals, so a principal's standing remains current and ready when opportunities arise.
Where NexBridge receives or identifies an RFQ, enquiry or procurement opportunity relevant to a represented principal, it is shared with the appropriate party.
